Together, Kairi and Theresa bring decades of experience across the entertainment industry, having worked in multiple roles behind the scenes—from creative production and A&R to human resources, operations, and talent strategy. Their collective journey has given them a rare, 360-degree understanding of how the industry truly works—and where it often falls short for independent artists.

What We Do

Cushnie Creative Enterprises is a hybrid talent management, creative development, and integrated record-label company. We produce, release, promote, market, and distribute sound recordings across physical and digital platforms; manage music publishing, A&R, artist contracting, and master recording copyrights; and provide artist development, brand strategy, content production, and performance booking—managing the full lifecycle of music creation and delivery to audiences.
